Opie Julian

Julian Opie was born in London in 1958. He developed an interest in art at a young age, which led him to study at Goldsmiths School of Art. Graduating in 1983, Opie was taught by the renowned artist Michael Craig-Martin, who played a significant role in shaping his artistic approach.

Opie’s career took off soon after his graduation, and he has since established himself as a prominent figure in contemporary art. He lives and works in London, continuing to create and inspire with his unique visual language.
