Beerman Hannah
Born in 1992 in Nyack, NY, Hannah Beerman has swiftly carved out her place in the contemporary art scene with her distinctive approach to painting. After completing her BA at Bard College in 2015, she further honed her craft and expanded her artistic vision by earning an MFA in Painting from Hunter College in New York City in 2019.
Hannah’s work has been showcased in a variety of solo and duo exhibitions, reflecting her dynamic range and evolving style. Notable exhibitions include ‘Cult Classic’ (2021) at Kapp Kapp in New York City, ‘Sunspots and Underpants’ at T293 in Rome, Italy, and the critically curated duo show ‘As Above, So Below’ by Barry Schwabsky at the Arts Center at Duck Creek, East Hampton, NY. Her participation in ‘Friends & Family’ at Anton Kern’s WINDOW in New York City further solidified her reputation as a rising star in the art world.
In January 2023, Beerman is set to make her UK debut with a solo exhibition at Claas Reiss, marking a significant milestone in her international career. Residing and working in New York City, Hannah Beerman continues to explore and push the boundaries of contemporary painting, captivating audiences with her innovative and thought-provoking pieces.
